Alan Richard Carter, 67

Alan Richard Carter, 67 of West Portsmouth, died Thursday April 19, 2018 at SOMC Hospice. He was born May 19, 1950 in Scioto County to the late Al Vernon Carter and Joyce Barber Mullins. He was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Alan is survived by his wife Regina Swords Carter, 2 sons; Alan and Mark Carter, a daughter Kimberly Carter, 1 grandchild and 2 brothers.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. The family requests that any donations be made to the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
