Ruth Helen Bogan, 89 of Crescent City, Florida formerly of West Portsmouth, died Tuesday February 27, 2018 at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center in Palatka, Fl.. She was born November 10, 1928 in West Portsmouth to the late Charles and Emma Williams Conley. She was a homemaker and a member of Maybert Road Baptist Church. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Richard Leslie Bogan, a sister Ival Turner, and 4 brothers; Paul, Iley, Clayton, and Edward Conley.

Ruth is survived by a daughter Rebecca (Michael) Reed, a grandson Richard M. Reed, a great granddaughter, Ariel N. Reed, and a brother Harold (Wendy) Conley.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday March 7, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Jim Benner officiating and interment in Lucasville Cemetery.
