Cecilia Maria Stepp, 26 of Stout, died Friday June 21, 2019 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born December 27, 1992 in Portsmouth to Jeffery and Cecilia Margarita Ornelas Stepp. She is preceded in death by her grandparents; Gary Stepp, Margarita Ornelas, and Padro Ornelas.

Along with her parents Cecilia is survived by 3 sons; Draieson Stepp, Jayden Stanley, and Hunter Yates, 2 brothers; Marcos Stepp, and Christian Torres, a sister, Brandi (Luis) Colin, grandmother, Wilma Stepp, a niece Novalee Colin Stepp, a nephew, Jasiah Torres, 8 uncles; Gary D. Stepp, Dustan Stepp, Lennie Coyle, Juan Vera, Marcos Ornelas, Pedro Ornelas Jr., Moises Flores Padilla, Juan Flores, 6 aunts; Erika Stepp, Virginia Stepp, Erma Coyle, Hilda Ramirez, Loida Padilla, Phyllis Spires, cousins; Amanda Shroats, Dallas Stepp, Ariel Stepp, Kevin Stepp, Anna Stepp, Emily Stepp, Lilian Stepp, Erika Coyle, Mikey Coyle, Toni Coyle, Cristal Vera, Omar Vera, Alexis Vera, Marisole Vera, Junior Ornelas, Raheem Ornelas, Danny Spires, Trevor Spires, Missy Spires, Lisa Spires, Ronnie Spires, Terry Murphy, Joyce Murphy, Corey Murphy, Natalie Murphy, Vernon Murphy, and many more loved ones.
