Joan found joy wherever she could, especially in children—she loved them fiercely. She saw the world through the eyes of an artist, she loved music so she sang, she was a seamstress so she sewed for as long as she could, she was a devoted Christian and wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister so she prayed for her family—every single one of us, every single day. She will be missed by many.

Memorial service will be Saturday February 10th, at 5:00 pm at the First Church of God, 3920 Gallia St. New Boston Ohio. Friends may call after the service at the fellowship hall next to the church.
