James "Dennis" Charles, 65

Dennis passed away November 12, 2018 in Portsmouth, Ohio. Dennis grew up on Dry Run and Dennis was a graduate of West Portsmouth High School. He was preceded in death by his mother Freda Shepherd & step father Bill Shepherd, brother Larry (Thelma) Charles and Nephew Stevie Charles.

He is survived by his daughter Denise (Jason) Campbell, Grandchildren, Allison, Jacob, Kevin ,Brandon, Emily, Kobe & Joshua and Great Grandchildren Paisley, Journey, Presley & Legend & 2 very special family members Rachel Grewell and JD Charles. Dennis will be missed by many friends & family members. Special Thanks to the ladies that loved Dennis as their own family at Bridgeport, in Portsmouth, Ohio.
