Rosella Eula Harr, 75

Rosella Eula Ratcliff Harr, 75 of West Portsmouth, died Friday August 3, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical. She was born April 15, 1943 in Scioto County to the late James Everett and Nettie Davis Ratcliff. Along with her parents Rosella was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Phyllis Farney, Elizabeth Bentley and Betty Lewis.

She was homemaker and loved her Bingo.

Rosella is survived by her husband Carlos A. Harr, 2 sons; Rickey Grooms and Terry (Belinda) Grooms, 2 daughters; Peggy Ratcliff and Stephanie Harr, 3 step children; Patricia Harr, Carlos Harr Jr. and Ernie Harr, 2 brothers; Dean and Frank Ratcliff, 3 sisters; Wilma McKenzie, Annie Adkins and Pauline Adkins, 10 grandchildren; Mindy Lynn, Misty Sue, Abbi Rose and Addison Grooms, Michael, Matthew and Megan Cottrell, Ellen, Erica and Eric Grooms and 5 great grandchildren; Elijah, Emma Sue, Broxton, Baylin and Mattie Sue.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday August 7, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Vicki Bays officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday starting at 11:00 AM. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
