Adam Wilts Perkins, 44

Adam Wilts Perkins, 44 of Blue Creek died Thursday, March 17, 2021 at his home. He was born April 23, 1976 in Washington Courthouse to Hubert and Suzan Wise Perkins. Adam had previously worked at Mt. Hope Security, and loved to hunt and fish. He is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Audrey Milstead.

Along with his parents, Adam is survived by his fiancé, Misty Maynard, a daughter, Shelby Leann Perkins, a stepdaughter, Kristin Milstead, a stepson, Johnathan Maynard, a brother, Jesse Perkins, and 4 grandchildren; Chelsea, Caden, Tori, and Landon Milstead.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Dave Blevins officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery.
