Reverend Addison Keaton, 91

Reverend Addison Keaton, 91 of Georgetown, KY died Tuesday July 22, 2014 at Hospice Care of Lexington, in Lexington, KY. He was born January 22, 1923 in Ashland, KY to the late Lonnie and Leona O'Neal Keaton. He was a WWII US Army veteran and a former employee of Good Year Atomic Corporation in Piketon. He was a minister of the Apostolic faith and pastored in Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky. He was also a member of the Apostolic Community Church in Flemingsburg, KY.  Along with his parents, Addison was preceded in death by a son Addison Keaton Jr.

Addison is survived by his wife Madeline Mayo Keaton, who he married on September 3, 1944, a daughter Brenda Plummer of Georgetown, KY.,  5 brothers; Frank, Elijah, Gary, Glenn and Bob Keaton,  2 sisters; Anne Countryman and Debbie Montgomery, 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday July 25, 2014 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with O.D. Rudd and Clarence Woodbridge officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Thursday and 1 hour prior to the service on Friday.
