Anna Louise Owens, 84

Anna Louise Galloway Cooper Owens, 84 of West Portsmouth, died Monday, December 16, 2024 at SOMC Hospice. She was born October 25, 1940 in West Portsmouth, to the late Caney and Onida Adams Galloway.

Along with her parents, Anna was preceded in death by a son Anthony Cooper and 5 brothers; Steve, John, Clay, Orville and Muggs Galloway and a sister Mary Lockhart.

Anna is survived by her husband, Manford Owens, a son Bob (Missy) Cooper, a daughter Brenda Cooper, a brother, David Galloway and a sister, Susie Galloway, a half brother Craig Galloway and a half sister Donna Slusher, along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Thursday, December 19, 2024 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with George Gravely officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday starting at 5:00 PM. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
