Armistice "Misty" Montgomery, 86

Armistice "Misty" Malone Montgomery, 86 a long time resident of Carey's Run now of West Portsmouth went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 19, 2005. Misty was born November 11, 1918 in West Portsmouth, Ohio to the late George M. and Martha "Mattie" Canter Malone. Misty was a member of Beech Fork Christian Baptist Church,
Tony Applegate VFW Auxiliary; American Legion Post 23 Auxiliary; and Rebecca IOOF;
Misty was preceded in death by her husband Paul Montgomery. She is survived by two sons, Jerry (Bea) Hart of West Portsmouth and Douglas Hart of Portsmouth; two daughters, Linda (Ron) Moore of McDermott and Sandy Rowley of West Portsmouth; 12 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law Sharon Hart; a son-in-law Dave Ridout; a grandson Barry Hart; a great grandson Dustin Treadway; three brothers, Mack, Roy and Arthur Malone; and two sisters Alma Hanson and Wilma Krick.

Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Saturday, October 22, 2005 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor Debbie Baer officiating and interment in Friendship Cemetery.
