Barbara A. Browning Hatfield, 71
Barbara A. Browning Hatfield, 71 of Portsmouth, died Saturday June 6, 2009 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born March 31, 1938 Fullerton Kentucky to the late Leonard and Mary Girdler Lyons Browning. She was a homemaker and a member of the Temple of Faith church. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband William Hatfield, daughter Lucia Marie Spencer, 2 brothers Jim and Joseph "Joe" Browning, and four grandchildren.
Barbara is survived by two daughters; Linda (Danny) McKenzie of Portsmouth and Anna Hatfield (Doug Burditt) of Wheelersburg, 2 brothers; Charles Browning, and Paul Browning both of West Portsmouth, a sister Mary Browning of Portsmouth, 10 Grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday June 10, 2009 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday and 1 hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
