Barbara Jean Cox, 49
Barbara Jean Cox, 49 of West Portsmouth died Monday, November 12, 2007 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Barbara was born October 27, 1958 in Portsmouth to the late Lloyd Frederick and Barbara Mary Webb Cox. She was a registered nurse.
Barbara is survived by two sons, Eric Cox of Ashburn, VA and Jeremy (Amber Schock) Cox of Leola, South Dakota; four brothers, Kern Cox , Warren (Connie) Cox, and Samuel Cox all of Columbus, and Michael Cox of West Portsmouth; three sisters, Mary Beth and Johanna Cox of West Portsmouth and Erin (Joshua) Lute of Portsmouth; special niece Jennifer (Mike) Clay; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Dennis Dawes officiating and interment in Rushtown Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 11 to 1 on Wednesday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
