Ben Hager Jenkins, 53
Ben Hager Jenkins, 53 of Otway died Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at his residence.
Ben was born January 23, 1953 in Wurtland, KY to the late Hager Jenkins and to Hazel White Jenkins of Otway who survives. He was a truck driver and a member of the Community House of Prayer.
Ben is survived by his wife Peggy Lee Powell Jenkins, a stepson Donnie Wayne Pryor of Cooksville TN and a stepdaughter Michelle Roepke of Peebles; four brothers, Charles, Carl, Robert and David Jenkins; three grandchildren, Bennie Ray Jenkins, Austin Ray Jenkins, and Raeanna Roepke. He was preceded in death by a son Bennie Ray Jenkins, and two brothers, James and Danny Jenkins.
Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Friday, March 31, 2006 at the Community House of Prayer with Paul Holbrook officiating and interment in Jenkins Family Cemetery. Friends may call at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth from 6 to 8 P.M. on Thursday and at the church one hour prior to the service on Friday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
