Bertha Lee Moore, 69
Bertha Lee Moore, 69 of Portsmouth, died Thursday May 26, 2011 at Crystal Care Center of Portsmouth. She was born January 3, 1942 in Scioto County to the late Roby Roscoe and Cora Leona Brown Moore. Along with her parents Bertha was preceded in death by 3 brothers; Ray Roscoe, William Bryson and Homer Lee Moore, 6 sisters; Mary Louise Hebebrand, Betty Lucille Blanton, Ocie Marie Young, Phyllis Mae Cooper, Catherine Faye Salyers and Doris Kelley.
Bertha is survived by 3 sisters; Wanda Eldore Reed of Portsmouth, Ruth W. Moore of Otway and Octie Hoffman of Wheelersburg along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday May 31, 2011 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Junior Cooper officiating and interment in Sunshine Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Monday and 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
