Bertha Maye Reiser, 93

Bertha Maye Reiser, 93 of Catlettsburg Kentucky formally of Friendship, died Thursday December 18, 2014 at her daughter's home in Catlettsburg. She was born December 10, 1922 to the late Alice McGraw Swords. Along with her mother she is preceded in death by her husband Carl Edward Reiser and her daughter Peggy Scott.

Bertha was a retired cook from the Washington Nile Local School District and was a member of the Friendship United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Group 2 Women's Organization of the church.

She is survived by 2 daughters; Phyllis (Robert) Lewis of Catlettsburg KY, and Carol (Terry) Ross of Beverly Hills FL. 6 grandchildren; Robert J Lewis, Dean Scott, Michael L Lewis, Brandy K Krammer, Wendy Scott, and Lee Ann Browning. 7 great-grandchildren; Kelly Dyson, Kylie, Anthony, Ava, Alyssa, and Brady.

Graveside Service will be 1:00pm Monday December 22, 2014 at Friendship Cemetery with Reverend Gary Hopkins officiating. Friends and family will gather at the cemetery starting at noon.
