Betty Howard, 79

Betty Lou Howard, 79 of McDermott, went to be with the Lord on Monday May 13, 2013. She was born December 3, 1933 in Portsmouth to the late Howard and Mabel Pauley Jenkins. Betty was a long time member of Dry Run Church of Christ and was a blessing to all who knew her. Along with her parents Betty was preceded in death by her husband Christy Albert Howard who she married on June 19, 1952, 3 brothers; Lionel, Glenn and Dan Jenkins and a grandson Steven Daniel Howard.

Betty is survived by her 2 sons; Michael (Pauline) Howard and Doug (Becky) Howard, grandchildren; Lyndsay (Ryan) Price, Carissa Howard, Chelsea (Jon Garrett) Howard, Anna Howard, Chris (Tiffany) Howard and Christy (Zac) Bollinger, great grandchildren; Chandler Fowler, Elysia Cyrus, Austin Price, Prizley Price, Cadence Davis, Colt Bollinger, Rylee Mae and Addyson Rose Howard and one to be expected. A very special sister in law Nora Graham and special nieces and nephews Janice White, Ryan, Josh and Noah White and Laci Jo Stover, Tike (Kim) Bellomy, Breanna Charloette Bellomy, Dean (Vicki) Graham, Mary Kay (David) Rinkel, Diane (Erv) Schlabach, Julie Holtz and Duane (Peg) Graham.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday May 17, 2013 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Mark Seevers officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
