Billie Jo Flannery, 46

Billie Jo Flannery, 46 of Blue Creek, died Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. She was born September 3, 1978 in Portsmouth, to the late John W. Flannery and Carolyn "Susie" Murphy Flannery who survives.

She was a loving and caring person. She always wanted to do things to help people. She was a hard worker and she loved to cook. Everyone said she always put a smile on their face when she met them.

Along with her mother Susie, she is survived by a son Jeremiah (Mary Thacker) Flannery, a brother, John Flannery Jr., Special friend Ronnie Richards, special aunt Mammy Journey, father of her son, Tracy Frye, her 2 companions; Snowball and Butterball, along with several cousins.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Ralph Hayslip officiating and interment in Sandy Springs Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday starting at 11:00 AM.  The family requests that donations be made to the funeral home.
