Billie Lee Porter, 66

Billie Lee Porter, 66 of Portsmouth died Thursday August 12, 2010 at SOMC Hospice. She was born September 22, 1943 in Scioto County to the late William and Frances Lykins Kammer. She was a homemaker and attended Mackletree Baptist Church. Along with her parents Billie was preceded in death by a son Michael Dee Porter and 2 sisters; Barbara Journey and Brena Kay Porter.

Billie is survived by her husband of 51 years Diamond Dee Porter, a son David (Linda) Porter of Portsnouth, 3 daughters; Vickie (Robert) Colley of West Portsmouth, Wanda (Jose) Villeda and Susie (Eddie) Loper both of Portsmouth, 4 brothers; Robert Kammer of South Shore, KY, Charles and Cecil Kammer both of Columbus and Tommy Kammer of Barbersville, WVa, 2 sisters Delores Riveria of Deadwood, South Dakota and Dorothy Smith of Columbus, 2 half sisters; Thelma Riley and Freda Ross, 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday August 15, 2010 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Rick Ratliff officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
