Billy Dean Evans, 47

Billy Dean Evans, 47, of Portsmouth, died October 29, 2022, at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born January 31, 1975 in Portsmouth to the late Darvin Dean Donahue and Mary Blevins Evans whom survives.

Along with his mother Billy is survived by his longtime companion, Amy McIntosh; a son Billy Evans; 2 daughters Shayna Evans, Morgan Evans; 3 brothers Jeff (Pam) Evans, Kody Blevins, Henry Blevins; a sister Christy Evans; 2 grandchildren; Corey Stephenson and Isabelle Stephenson.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday November 3, 2022, at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Interment will be in McKendree Cemetery.
