Brian Lee Hammond, 53

Brian Lee Hammond, 53 of Otway, died Friday December 26, 2014 in South Bend, Indiana. He was born October 21, 1961 in Portsmouth to Lee Hammond and the late Dorothy Mae Kitchen Hammond. Along with his mother Brian was preceded in death by a brother Barry Hammond. He worked for United Group Services in Cincinnati and was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Shriners.

Along with his father Brian is survived by a son Christopher Lee (Amanda) Hammond of Baltimore, MD., 2 step children Michael (Jessie) Bennett and Jennifer Mosley, a brother Bruce (Sheila) Hammond of West Portsmouth, 2 sisters; Brenda (Donnie) Shepherd of West Portsmouth and Beverly (Rick) Horsley of FL., 2 granddaughters Audrey Rebecca Hammond and Haylie Patton, special friend Beverly Mapp Hammond, nieces and nephew; Jordan Hammond, Angela Gurka and Seth Shepherd and close family friend like a brother, Robert Jones and Brian's special dog Bruno.

Funeral service will be 1:00 Wednesday December 31, 2014 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor Paul Gibson officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
