Brooklyn Olivia Conschafsky
Brooklyn Olivia Conschafsky, infant daughter of David Conschafsky and Sherry Parker, died Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Brooklyn was proceded in death by her grandparents; Mary (Eugene) Conschafsky and Wince Howard and one aunt Barbara Kinnison.
Brooklyn is survived by Six brothers and sisters; Shawn Crabtree, Josh Conschafsky, Brandon Crabtree, Marybeth Conschafsky, Gerri Conschafsky and Austin Conschafsky, grandmother; Christine Howard and many aunts and uncles; Roy (Lee)Hess, John Conschafsky, Patricia Newsome, Paul Gyor, Dennis Gyor, Debbie Richards, Connie Pierce, Tammy Stewart, Randy Gyor, Danny Howard and Gary Howard.
Funeral services will be 1PM, Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at Oswego Cemetery with Rev. Jim Hodge officiating. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
