Bryan Dean Rushford, 45

Bryan Dean Rushford, 45 of Portsmouth, died Thursday February 1, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born in Newberry, Michigan on February 5, 1972 to the late Edward Rushford and Suzanne Sliker Logan of Sciotoville. Bryan was a United States Navy veteran, a pipefitter, member of Sprinkler Fitters Local #669 and a former boxing trainer for the Southern Ohio Boxing Club.

Along with his mother Bryan is survived by 2 sons; Bryan James (Venezya) Rushford of FT Bragg, North Carolina, Jerrod Dean Rushford of West Portsmouth, a daughter, Dallas Jane (Jovan) Beard of FT Bragg, North Carolina, a brother Edward Gemmel of Racine, Wisconsin, a sister Suzette (David) Collins of Portsmouth along with many loving friends and family, and a best friend Robert Fisher.

Funeral services will be held 2:30 PM Sunday, February 4, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Danny Smalley and Chuck Evans officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home starting on Sunday starting at 1:30. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
