Carl M. Thatcher, 73
Carl M. Thatcher, 73, of West Portsmouth died Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Carl was born March 7, 1931 in Scioto County to the late Russell and Hannah Hanson Thatcher and was a retired truck driver.
He is survived by his wife Diana Lynn of West Portsmouth, two sons, Carl (Rhonda) of McDermott, OH, Paul (Carmen) of Brusly, LA, one daughter, Teena (Doug) Mollett of Louisa, KY, one brother, Clark (Gloria) of Colorado Springs, CO and six grandchildren.
Carl was a special husband, father and grandfather. He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Saturday, October 23, 2004, at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with John Eichenlaub officiating and interment in Siloam Cemetery. Friend may call at the Funeral Home from 11 until 1 on Saturday.
