Carlos A Harr, 65

Carlos A Harr, 65 of West Portsmouth, died Wednesday August 8, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born December 21, 1952 in Columbus to the late Alvis and Norma Harr. He was a retired laborer. He was also a volunteer for the Salvation Army. He loved cutting grass and taking care of his yard.

Along with his parents Carlos was preceded in death by his loving wife of 44 years Rosella Eula Ratcliff Harr and a sister Rosella Gallimore.

Carlos is survived by 2 sons; Carlos Harr Jr. and Ernie Harr, 2 daughters; Patricia Harr and Stephanie Harr, 2 stepsons; Rickey Grooms and Terry Grooms, a stepdaughter Peggy Ratcliff, 4 brothers; Stanley, Estel, Slade and Justin Harr, 3 sisters; Kay Bentley, Diann Morgan and Iva Sanford, special friend like a son; John Petrey "John Boy", 19 grandchildren; Shawna M. Wise, Bryan K. Damron Jr, James B. Damron, Johnathan, Jeanna and Catherine Harr, Michael, Matthew and Megan Cottrell, Mindy Lynn, Misty Sue, Abbi Rose and Addison Grooms, Ellen, Erica and Eric Grooms, Ethan, Diana and Wyatt Harr, 14 great grandchildren; Johnny, Judith, Payton, Brylann, Lilly, Raylenn, Mattie Sue, Levi, Liam, Elijah, Emma Sue, Broxton, Braylin and Joshua, and his dog Sparky.
