Carolyn Faye Deaver, 67
Carolyn Faye Deaver, 67 of Portsmouth passed away Wednesday March 21, 2012 at the Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born February 9, 1945 in Portsmouth to the late George and Louise McGuire Bolton. She was currently employed at Hillview Retirement Center. Along with her parents She was preceded in death by a sister Janet Bolton, 3 brothers; Roger, Denver (Dink) and Cecil (Terry) Bolton.
Carolyn is survived by her husband Vernon Richard Deaver who she married on March 23, 1964, 3 daughters; Beverly (Mike) Stevens, Kimberly (Terry) McNutt, Vanessa (James) Parr, a son Jeremy (Antonia) Deaver all of West Portsmouth, 9 grandchildren; Shawn (Katie) Stevens, Ashley (Rocky) Dunkin, Kirsten and Chelsey McNutt, Kassidy and Kaleigh Parr, Jeremy, Jacob and Lakota Deaver all of West Portsmouth, 3 step grandchildren; Michael and Ernie Stevens and Heather Everman, 2 sisters; Marcella (Henry) Eichenlaub of West Portsmouth and Nancy (Steve) Rigdon of Maysville, Ky. along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday March 24, 2012 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Edward Messer officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
