Catherine "Jean" Hall Davis 76
Catherine "Jean" Hall Davis 76 of Lucasville, died Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at SOMC Hospice Center. Jean was born June 17, 1932 in Scioto County to the late Kelly and Jane Austin Hall. Jean was a member of the Temple Baptist Church and a Retired Beautician. She was proceeded in death by one sister; Rena Haywood.
Jean is survived by her husband of 60 years, Donald E. Davis, whom she married July 24, 1948 in Greenup, Ky, one son; Donald E. (Karen) Davis Jr. of Lucasville, one daughter; Phyllis Jean (Danny) Bradley of Mansfield, three brothers; William (Alice) Hall of West Portsmouth, Kessie (Francis) Hall of Portsmouth and Donnie (Cindy) Hall of South Shore, one sister; Patricia (Gary) Johnson of South Webster, 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1pm Saturday, November 15, 2008 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Kelly Blevins officiating and interment in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8PM on Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
