Catherine S. Malone Taylor, 60 of Mascoutah, Illinois, formerly of West Portsmouth, Ohio died Saturday, July 21, 2018 at her home. She was born January 4, 1958 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Elbridge Alfred and Juanita Piatt Malone.  She was a housewife and homemaker.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Elbridge Alfred Malone Jr. and Derrick Malone.

Catherine is survived by her husband; Roland L. Taylor, retired United States Air Force veteran who she married on March 12, 1977, 2 sons; Jason R. Taylor and Joshua S. (Amanda) Taylor, a daughter; Rebecca J. (Troy) Jackson, 6 grandchildren; Hayley Taylor, Nathan Taylor, Landon Taylor, Cowan Taylor, Cameron Jackson, and Reece Jackson, 4 brothers; Timothy Malone, Patrick Malone, Daniel Malone, and Michael Malone, and 2 sisters; Caroline Malone and Donna Rickey.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Friday July 27, 2018 at Scioto Burial Park in McDermott, Ohio with Father Nicholas Droll officiating. Friends may call at the Roger W.
