Cecil Yelley, Jr., 71

Cecil Yelley, Jr., 71 of Waverly, formerly of McDermott, died Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at his home. He was born August 22, 1953 in Portsmouth, to the late Cecil and Martina Louise Yelley Sr.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Linda Fouch Yelley, whom he married on April 12, 1975.

Cecil was a retired Union Electrician and a member of the Shawnee Boat Club.

He is survived by a son. Christopher (Tiffany) Yelley, 2 brothers; Paul (Patty) Yelley and Jeff Yelley, along with 2 grandchildren Julia and Ava Yelley and his friend, Shirley Stevens.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, March 30, 2025 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
