Charles Rodney Caudill, 69

Charles Rodney Caudill, 69, of West Portsmouth died Saturday, March 26, 2005 at University Hospital in Columbus. Rodney was born July 7, 1935 in Portsmouth to the late Charles Bentley and Marjorie Moore Caudill. He worked as an electrician for Brush, Inc. in Columbus; was a member of the West Portsmouth Fire Dept. and had served as Treasurer for the past several years, a member of the Nauvoo Masonic Lodge and was Master of the Lodge in 1980, Member of Scioto County Scottish Rite and a member of the Valley of Cincinnati Scottish Rite, as well as a member of the Portsmouth Chapter of Eastern Star.

He is survived by his wife Wilma J. Skeans Caudill; one son, David Caudill of West Portsmouth; three daughters, Belinda (Rusty) Hopkins of West Portsmouth, Sharon (Marty) Donini of Portsmouth, Karen (Perry) Coleman of West Portsmouth; 8 grandchildren, Brian Hopkins, Tony Hopkins, Adam Coleman, Sara Boone, Arica and Andrew Donini, Ashley Caudill and Samatha Curnutte; four great grandchildren, Keeli, Dillon, Dalton Hopkins, and Issac Snyder; and many cousins.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Wednesday, March 30, 2005, at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor James Richter officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 5 to 8 P.M. on Tuesday and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Masonic Services by the Nauvoo Masonic Lodge will be conducted at 8 P.M. Tuesday.
