Charles Clayton Stewart, 67
Charles Clayton Stewart, 67 of Wheelersburg died Tuesday May 15, 2007 at Kings Daughters Medical Center. He was born September 29, 1939 in Cattlesburg, Ky. to the late Clyde and Vergie Sargent Stewart. He was a retired private contractor for the City of Dayton and a Korean War Army Veteran.
He is survived by a niece who he lived with Carolyn Howard, a brother Harry Stewart, 4 sisters; Lisa Kurtz, Faye Coots, Linda Pickelsimer and Virginia Banks along with several nieces and nephews, a lifelong friend Elijah Fletcher and special caregiver Susan Detty.
Funeral services will be 1PM Monday May 21, 2007 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Rick Henderson officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Gardens with graveside Military rites by James Dickey Post American Legion. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 to 1 on Monday.
