Charlotte Harr, 75

Charlotte Virginia Harr, 75 of West Portsmouth went to be with her Lord Sunday, October 21, 2012 at SOMC Hospice. She was born April 27, 1937 in Altoona, Pennsylvania to the late Leroy and Evelyn Cramer Holtz. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Alvis Spy Harr on October 11, 2012.

Charlotte is survived by 4 children; Roxanne (Steve) Leslie, Marie (Randy) Jarrell, Kenneth Rebecca Collins and Richard Collins. She also leaves several step children; Rosella (J.R.), Kendra (Bradley), Carlos (Rosie), Diann, Stan (Linda), Estel (Jody), Iva (Frank), Slade (Treasa) and Justin (Karrisa), grandchildren; Randall (Cheryse) Wellman, Mitch (Jessica) Wellman, Heather (Jamie) Collins, Scottie (Melissa) Collins, Roxann (Tony) Martin, Angela (Harold) Flatinger and Maryann Haynes. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and a host of friends. She will be missed terrible.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday October 24, 2012 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Ron Bairs officiating and interment in Mt. Zion Cemetery in South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday and 1 hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
