Charlotte A. Mantel, 75

Charlotte Mantel, 75, of Delaware, Ohio, formerly of Portsmouth, died Friday, February 19, 2021 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.  She was born on April 4, 1945 to the late Gordon and Ocie Cooper Holsinger.  Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. Mantel, and a brother, Chester Holsinger.  She was a homemaker and a beloved mother.

Charlotte is survived by; 6 sons, James Mantel, Daniel (Tina) Snedecor, Thomas (Dorie) Mantel III, David Snedecor, Michael Mantel, and Timothy (Deidra) Mantel; 4 daughters, Belinda (Fred) Evans, Annette McCafferty, Anita (Derrell) Fisher, and Michelle (Clarence Malone) Mantel, 19 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, a brother, Eugene Holsinger, and a sister, Juanita Smallwood.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the Roger W.
