Chloe Isabella Adkins
Chloe Isabella Adkins ,infant daughter of Amanda Simpson and Justyn Adkins died Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. In addition to her parents, Chloe is survived by a brother, Leland Simpson; grandparents Ray and Pam Lutz and Brian and Rhonda Simpson; and great grandparents Alyce McGraw and Bud and Juanita Simpson.
Graveside services will be held 1 P.M. Friday, May 9, 2008 at Scioto Burial Park with Donald Malone officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
