Clyde Eugene Spencer, 50
Clyde Eugene Spencer, 50, of Portsmouth died Wednesday, August 4, 2004 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. Clyde was born August 30, 1953 in Portsmouth to the late Cager and Oma Collins Spencer. He worked at Taylor Lumber Company and attended the West Portsmouth Church of God.
Clyde is survived by eight brothers, Willie, Albert, Edgar, Claude, Ronnie, Thomas, Roger, and Gary Spencer; seven sisters, Mildred Collins, Rebecca Orin, Maltie Winn, Louise Smith, Linda Charles, Patricia Richards, and Venus Loper; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Evelyn Springs and Myrtle Allen.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Saturday, August 7, 2004 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Reverend Rick Ratliff officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Saturday from 11 until 1 P.M.
