Connie Kay Evans, 62
Connie Kay Evans, 62 of Blue Creek died Monday, June 26, 2006 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Connie was born October 25, 1943 in Portsmouth to the late James Earl and Violet Louise McCoy Copley. Connie was a loving Mother and homemaker.
Connie is survived by her husband Bobby L. Evans, Sr., a son Bobby L. Evans, Jr. of Blue Creek, a daughter Christine Evans of Portsmouth; three brothers, Michael Copley of Portsmouth, James Earl Copley, Jr. of Chillicothe, and Robert Copley of Florida; and three grandchildren, Lindsey Danielle Evans, Tyler Mason Evans, and Zachary David Mitchell. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Copley and Willard Nelson and a sister Betty Bowman.
Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Friday, June 30, 2006 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Craddock Frye officiating and interment in Sunset Gardens. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 6 to 8 P.M. on Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
