David D. Howard, 49
David D. Howard, 49 of West Portsmouth, died Monday September 5, 2011 at his home. He was born October 5, 1961 in Portsmouth to the late Ezra Howard and Louella Estep Howard who survives of West Portsmouth. He was a former employee of Ohio Department of Transportation and H & H Roofing and was a member of Starlight Enterprise Baptist Church. Along with his father David was preceded in death by 3 brothers; Ricky, Eddie and Joe Howard, 2 sisters Mary Sue Howard and Bonnie Howard.
Along with his mother David is survived by 2 daughters; Rachel Louise Howard and Audrey Howard both of Portsmouth, 2 brothers Jim Howard and Ernie Howard both of West Portsmouth, 5 sisters; Judy Skaggs and Linda Martin both of West Portsmouth, Nancy Hall and Rudi Smith both of Amelia and Betsy Altfas of Portland Or. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, gt nieces and nephews as well as gt gt nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday September 10, 2011 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Gary Burton officiating and interment in Estep Cemetery.
