David Ray Seth, 66

David Ray Seth, 66 of Lucasville, died Saturday March 21, 2015 at Heartland of Portsmouth. He was born August 27, 1948 in Scioto County to the late Banard and Doris Herles Seth. Along with his parents David was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Roger and Phillip Seth. He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War serving 3 tours and was awarded the Purple Heart.

David is survived by his wife Linda May Blevins Seth who he married on July 2, 1999, a son Mark and a daughter Nicole, stepdaughter Brandy Johnson abd stepson Brandon Johnson, 3 granddaughters, 3 step granddaughters and a step grandson.

Arrangements are pending at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth.
