Deanna J. Flaugher, 65
Deanna J. Flaugher, 65 of Portsmouth died Sunday October 31, 2010 at her home. She was born June 7, 1945 in Scioto county to the late Harry and Oteene L. Powell Perkins Sr.. Along with her parents Deanna was preceded in death by a son James A. Flaugher, a brother Charles R. Thompson, a sister Yunette L. Kirk and a stepdaughter.
Deanna is survived by a sister Donna F. Willis of West Portsmouth, a brother Harry Perkins Jr., a foster son Walter W. Wells of San Antonio, Texas, 2 foster grandchildren Justin and Jessica Wells of Texas, along with several nieces and nephews and 3 step children.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday November 4, 2010 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Winfred Fugate officiating and interment in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday and 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
