Deborah Jean Rivera, 67

Deborah Jean Bolden Rivera, 67 of West Portsmouth, went to be with our Lord in Heaven on October 21, 2021. She was born October 3, 1954 to the late Shirley Ann Richmond and Chester Bolden. She is also preceded in death by 2 sons; Frank Godfrey and James Godfrey, a granddaughter Tabitha Godfrey and brother Leonard Lovins.

Deborah is survived by her husband Ramon Rivera, 3 daughters; Crystal Ann Smith and Rina (Joey) Winn both of Portsmouth and Dixie Killens of St Petersburg, Fl., 2 brothers; James Richmond and Stevie Riley, 3 sisters; Vickie Riley, Tammy Riley and Sandy Riley, grandchildren; Allishia Godfrey, Eric Godfrey, Erica Godfrey, Kimberly Banks, Jeff Godfrey, Joshua Lapointe, Ashley Lapointe, Tristen Lapointe and Noah Lapointe, Isiah Godfrey, Brianna Killens, great grandchildren; Jelean, Calvin, Yaselia, Dalton, Joshua, Louts, Victor and Adriel nieces and nephews Tyana, Byron, Laxie, Shawn, Melissa and many more, special friends Dan and Amy Cassidy, Robert, Bob and Shanneon.
