Deborah K. Call, 59 of Portsmouth, died Monday, October 19, 2026 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born September 19, 1967 in Connersville, Indiana to William Bratt and the late Patricia Howard Bratt.

Deborah was a retired teacher from Portsmouth City Schools and was a faithful member of the United Church of God in Portsmouth.

Along with her father William, she is survived by her husband Kevin Call, whom she married on December 12, 1987, 2 sons; Jacob (Sophia) Call and Ethan (Lilly) Call, 3 daughters; Courtney (Jordan) Morasse, Monica (Michael) Api and Ashleigh Call, 3 sisters; Angie Joseph, Bobbie Ard and Sandie Bratt, along with 6 grandchildren and one on the way; Gabriella Call, Juliette Call, Nathaniel Call, Charlie Morasse, Daisy Morasse and Callie Morasse.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM on Friday, October 23, 2026 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Jim Call officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.
