Deborah Ann Morgan Deaver, 74

Deborah Ann Morgan Deaver, 74 of West Portsmouth passed Friday, May 14, 2021 at SOMC Hospice.  She was born April 21, 1947 in Portsmouth to the late Marvin and Ruth Morgan.  Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Daniel Deaver Sr. whom she married September 29, 1962, and a brother, Marvin Morgan.

She was the owner and co-founder of All Seasons Heating and Air in West Portsmouth.  She was of strong Christian faith and was a "Big" supporter of the community.

Deb is survived by 2 sons; Robert D. (Mary) Deaver Jr. and Richard Marvin (Julie) Deaver, 2 daughters; Rebecca J. (John) Charlton and Renee L. (Casey) Rigsby, 7 grandchildren; Daniel (Jennifer) Deaver, John (Tara) Charlton Jr., Nicole Deaver, Caleb Deaver, Casey Rigsby II, Morgan Rigsby, and Hannah Deaver, 6 great grandchildren; Lexi Deaver, Trent Charlton, Mia Rawlins, Klair Charlton, Kami Baldwin, and Alice Charlton, 3 brothers; Mark (Ruth) Morgan, Matt (MaryBeth) Morgan, and Micah Morgan , a sister, Jenny (Tim Powers) Morgan, along with several uncles, nieces, nephews, and many cousins.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, May 22, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Rick Ratliff officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.  Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
