Deborah Kay Howard-Copas, 51

Deborah Kay Howard-Copas, 51 of McDermott, died Sunday, February 4, 2024 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born September 9, 1972 in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Marvin Wayne and Georgene Mosley Perdue.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her former husband, Jake Howard, a brother, Marvin Wayne (PJ) Perdue Jr., and a grandchild, Roselynn Whaley.

Deborah is Survived by a son, Preston Howard, 2 daughters: Amy (Marcus Covert) Howard and Mary (Cayden Whaley) Howard, 2 sisters: Kathy Frisby and Heather Scaff, 3 grandchildren: Weston Howard, Dempsey Covert and Marcus Covert, along with 5 nieces: Kassy Leveque, Kasey Perdue, Emily Scaff, Brooklyn Perdue and Brioanna Perdue.

A visitation will be held from 4 to 6:00 PM on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Condolences and donations may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
