Deborah Louise Williams, 61

Deborah Louise Williams, 61 of Portsmouth died Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born November 3, 1956 to the late Harold and Lillian Hughes Smith. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister; Sharon Langley and a brother; Harold Smith Jr. She was graduate of Minford High School and was a former employee of Golden Years.

Deborah is survived by her husband; Roy Glenn Williams whom she married on December 29, 1977, 3 sisters; Linda Finch, Carolyn Cordle, and Barbara Bradley, and her little companion; Schnitzel.
