Debra Lynn Blakeman, 52

Debra Lynn Blakeman, 52 of West Portsmouth , went to be with her Lord Sunday, January 8, 2012 at her home. She was born January 24, 1959 in Piketon to the late William Lowder and Judy Birkhimer Adkins of Waverly. Along with her father, Debra was preceded in death by her grandmother Opal Birkhimer and sister Barbara Risner.
Debra is survived by her husband of 34 years Jeffrey A. Blakeman who she married August 6, 1977, a daughter Melissa M. Deemer (Michael Gay) of Portsmouth, two grandchildren Macey Lynn Gay & Jack "Mikey" Gay, a sister Janna (John) Steinhauer of Piketon, nieces Noele & Megan Steinhauer. Brothers-in-law, Richard & Tony Blakeman. Niece & nephew Kara & Jackson Blakeman, along with her father and mother-in-law Ralph and Phyllis Blakeman of West Portsmouth.
Debra was a loving and devoted wife, mother, nana & friend. She had many special people that she loved dearly: Jeff Deemer, Donna McCann, the Birkhimer Family - Joe, Elaine, Brian, Doug, Kathy, Lyndsay, Benny, Jesse, Debbie, Robin (Doll), her aunts, Ruth, Joanne, Rita, Virginia & Lynn, Mike & Barb Lute, Kim Dyer and Carlos Bub Harr, Joanne Jordan & Nadia Smith and her dog Mari.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday January 11, 2012 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Jack Michael Gay officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park .
