Debra Ann Skaggs, 65

Debra Ann Skaggs, 65 of West Portsmouth, died Tuesday August 5, 2014 at Kings Daughters Medical center in Ashland, KY. She was born October 9, 1948 in Portsmouth to the late Orville and Reba Belveal Tackett. Along with her parents Debra was preceded in death by her husband John L. Skaggs 2 brothers; Fred and Bill Tackett and a sister Evelyn Tackett. Debra is survived by a daughter, Erica Ball of West Portsmouth, 2 grandchildren; Trista Ball and Jacob Ball, 2 sisters; Bonnie Buffinger and Sharon Russell along with many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Friday August 8, 2014 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor John Huffman officiating.
