Delores L. Ramey, 84

Delores L. Ramey, 84 of Portsmouth, died Sunday February 28, 2016 at SOMC Hospice. She was born July 6, 1931 in Greenup, Kentucky to the late Benjamin Harrison and Etta Lois Yates Ramey. Along with her parents Delores was preceded in death by her husband James Carr Ramey, a brother, Elmer Dillow, and 3 sisters; Ida Wilburn and Daisy Olive Jordan and Pauline Stuart.

Delores is survived by 2 sons; Paul David Dillow and Rodney Lee Ramey both of West Portsmouth, a daughter Kelly Jean Ramey of Portsmouth, a sister Wanda Jacobs of Greenfield, OH, 4 grandchildren; Shian L. Ramey, James Lee Ramey, Kelsea D.M. Ramey and Ariel D. Evans and 1 great grandchild Kade L. Sexton.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday March 3, 2016 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Craddock Frye officiating and interment in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
