Deloris Joann Brown, 74

Deloris Joann Brown, 74 of Portsmouth, passed away Saturday December 30th, 2023 at her home. She was born August 29, 1949 in Adams County to the late Ivy and Rhoda Evans.

Joann was a homemaker and loved spending time with family, friends and especially her grandchildren.

Along with her parents Joann was preceded in death by 3 sons; Robert Evans, Gene Brown and Raymond Brown along with several brothers and a sister.

Joann is survived by her children; Iva Brown (Dave Jividen) of South Shore, Helen Brown of Portsmouth, Bill (Christina) Brown of McDermott, Henry Brown (April Cantwell) of Portsmouth and Norman (Raquel) Brown of Amelia, 12 grandchildren; Robert, Kelsie (Kyle), Brandon, Mikel, Brianna, Adam, Billy Jr., Colleen, Walden, Brooklynn, Henry Jr. and Waylon, along with 3 sisters and 1 brother.
