Dollie L. Cook, 75
Dollie L. Lake Cook, 75 of Blue Creek, passed away Saturday January 19, 2013 at SOMC Hospice after a long illness. She was born August 18, 1937 at home in Scioto County to the late John C. and Peachie Cooper Parker. She was a retired business owner of Lakes Auto Service and Lakes Grocery. Along with her parents Dollie was preceded in death by her first husband Leon Lake Jr. and her second husband Chester A. Cook and 2 sisters as babies.
Dollie is survived by a son Faron Lake of West Portsmouth and a daughter Audrey Lake at home, a sister Virginia Parker of Blue Creek and a brother Herbert Parker of Stout, 2 grandchildren; Stephanie Lake and Leon Lake and one great granddaughter Hayle Lake, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday January 23, 2013 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with David Blevins officiating and interment in Manchester Cemetery.
