Donald Page Cook, 53
Donald Page Cook, 53 of Stout died Sunday, May 11, 2008 in Adams County. He was born May 25, 1954 in Scioto County to the late Page F. Cook and Mildred McGraw Cook of Stout. Along with his father he was preceded in death by his wife Joyce Ann Blevins Cook and a brother Kenneth Cook Sr.Donald was a former Verizon employee and a former Volunteer Fireman for Nile Township in Buena Vista.
Along with his mother Donald is survived his children Page (Evalina) Cook, Dorothy Cook (L.P. Fegley) and Chelsea Cook all of Stout, Joshua Day and Latashia Day of West Portsmouth, 3 brothers; David Cook of Stout, James (Patty) Cook and Ronald (Connie) Cook both of Marysville, Oh, 4 grandchildren Summer Cook, Morgan Cook, Page Cook Jr. and Bobby Lemon II, special nephews Kenny (Debbie) Cook Jr of Stout and Burt (Rachel) Cook of West Portsmouth, special nieces Teresa Cook and Tonya Cook both of Marysville, special friends John Henry Holsinger , Chad and Michael Holsinger.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday May 15, 2008 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Paul Holbrook officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday and 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday. Condolences may be sent to
