Donald Elza Hodge 64
Donald Elza Hodge 64, of Stout, died Friday, December 11, 2009 at SOMC. Don was born March 5, 1945 on Pond Run Road in Stout to the late Elza and Irene Cooper Sowards Hodge. Don was preceeded in death by one brother; Johnny Hodge and two sisters; Pearl and Olivia Hodge.
Donald is survived by his loving companion; Ruth Moore, one son; Kenneth Hodge, one daughter; Hope Hodge, two brothers; Ronnie Hodge and Walter Weaver, six sisters; Norma Jordan, Dorris Winn, Rose Lewis, Josephine Hodge, Linda Picklesimer and Kathy Leeth and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2PM, Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at Pond Run Baptist Church with Jimmy McCullough officiating and interment in Sunshine Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth from 6 to 8PM Monday and one hour prior to the service at the Church on Tuesday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
